No medications or treatments ever really did anything for me (i tried them all haha) but I was actually able to cure my sciatica naturally after countless hours of online research. What worked for me is as follows:

1. Turmeric supplements. Turmeric is a selective COX-2 inhibitor which is great for the inflammatory process. Ask your doctor for recommended dose.

2. Follow every step in the in the guide seen at solvehealthproblem*com/sciatica (obviously change the * to a dot as it wont let me post a link on here) to get to the root of the problem in a NATURAL way. This is very important!

3. Add Epsom Salt to your bath. Add one/two cups of Epsom salt to warm bath water and soak your body in it until the water starts losing heat. Do this once a week. If you have more severe sciatica, you can try it two or three times a week.

Try all those three steps together and hopefully you will get as much luck with getting rid of sciatica pain as i did. Good luck :)

lx

Re: FAQs

That depends on your insurance.
